Pommern Lied - National Hymn of Pomerania

Having sung this song together with a number of culture groups in Germany (Landsmannschaft organizations in Berlin, Pasewalk and others), it helped to establish a bond between peoples separated by an ocean but with a common culture.  This song is also used to open each of our Pommerscher Verein Quarterly Membership Meetings together with the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States.
